Subject to availability of seats :

First year students from within the College can be transferred from one course to another. A small number of students from other Colleges may be permitted migration in the same course in the second and third years provided the candidates fulfill all the requirements stipulated by the College and the University. A student who fails in a 1st Year Hons. course (except Hindi & Sanskrit) may be transferred to the II yr. B.A. Programme provided she/he fulfills all eligibility criteria.

Withdrawal of Certificates:

Certificates can be withdrawn after admission on producing documents that guarantee a genuine need for the same. The office requires a few days to process your withdrawal application. So, you are requested to apply sufficiently in advance.

Cancellation of admission & Refund:

A student wishing to cancel his/her admission must apply on a form available for this purpose from the college office. Refund of fees will be made as per Delhi University rules, about one month after the cancellation of admission.

Notes:

No fees will be refunded for admissions cancelled after 14th August, 2008
